At Mirell, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please note that we have a No Refund, No Exchange policy.

Please review our No Refund, No Exchange policy before making your purchase, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items once the sale is final.

We do not offer refunds on any items, but we are happy to assist with exchanges under the terms outlined below.

Policy Details: 

·       No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products.

·       No Exchanges :  We do not accept exchanges for any items. 

Exceptions: In the case of damaged items, please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and may offer a resolution, which could include a replacement or other solutions depending on the circumstances. 

Exchanges Only In Case of Damaged Item : Only if the item is damaged, we will accept exchanges under the following conditions:

·       The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

·       The exchange request must be made within 24 hrs of receipt.

·       A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. 

Mirell reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. 

Exchanging Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Photographs are required for all damage items (eligible for return). We do not issue credit note. We will be happy to exchange the product at the same or higher value. However the customer is responsible for return shipping to Mirell.  

How to Exchange an Item: 

·       Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at +91 9910608940 between 11 AM to 6 PM IST, or email us at care@mirell.in to initiate the exchange process.

·       Pack the Item: Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, using sufficient bubble wrap, or bubble bags. Please pack the product securely.

·       Ship the Item: Return the item to Mirell, using a trackable shipping service. Please keep your proof of return shipment for reference.

Mirell does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.
