We provide only two mode of shipping to our customers:
- Normal Shipping: Up to 2 - 3 weeks
- Express Shipping: Only in cases of items which are readily available. To be delivered only in Delhi / NCR. Up to 8-10 days
PACKAGING
All items are carefully packaged at our fulfillment centre to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the items are packed safely with high quality bubble sheets to secure the package. If you find any kind of discrepancies, or if the package upon delivery looks tampered with or damaged, please immediately contact our Customer Service at +91 9910608940 (Monday - Saturday 11 AM to 6 PM) or email us at care@mirell.in.
TRACKING PACKAGE
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment / tracking number on the shipping agency’s website.
DELIVERY TIME & TRACKING INFORMATION
Please allow us up to 3-4 weeks for Normal delivery from the day you receive the order confirmation. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to us. For re-shipping the missed package, the charges will be borne by the customer. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
PAYMENT POLICY
Mirell offers multiple ways to make payments for your order. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI and Net Banking transactions. All your Debit/Credit information remains confidential. Our trusted payment gateway is compliant with the highest standards in the payment processing industry to make sure your personal information is safe.
REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
Simplicity, transparency and security are the hallmarks of your online shopping experience at Mirell. We go the distance to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain refund / exchange on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. Please do peruse our Refund Exchange Policy for your understanding.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are made within 24 hrs of placing the order and a full refund will be issued for it. No cancellations will be entertained once the package is in transit.
The customer needs to raise a cancellation request to the Customer Service at +91 9910608940 (Monday – Saturday 11 AM to 6 PM) or mail us at care@mirell.in. We will refund the amount by the same mode the customer paid to us, within 30 days.
